Magdelena brings over two decades of expertise from the banking industry in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she specialized in working with commercial and corporate clients, residential development lending, and commercial real estate. After relocating to Houston in 2013, she fulfilled a long-time personal goal by earning her Texas Real Estate Agent license. Her background in finance gives her a comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions, including property valuation, financing strategies, and negotiation.
